Excelitas is showcasing its expanded portfolio of UV curing and infrared drying technologies for label and packaging applications at LOUPE Americas 2026.
At Booth 6305, the company is highlighting technologies spanning UV LED curing, infrared drying, medium-pressure UV arc lamps and other curing systems, positioning the portfolio to support a range of flexographic, digital and industrial printing applications.
Among the technologies on display is the Phoseon Nexus II UV LED platform, available in air- and water-cooled configurations and designed for flexographic printing. The system combines high UV output with real-time remote monitoring capabilities for integration into automated production environments.
Excelitas is also featuring its Phoseon VeriCure UV LED curing lamps, designed for label, packaging and other industrial applications. The water-cooled systems are available in multiple sizes and are engineered to provide uniform curing at higher production speeds while reducing energy consumption and maintenance requirements.
For digital inkjet applications, the company is highlighting Phoseon FireJet air-cooled UV LED lamps, along with its FireLine water-cooled technology for web and conveyor applications. FireLine systems can be scaled to widths of up to two meters.
The company’s LOUPE display extends beyond UV LED. Excelitas is also presenting Noblelight Infradry Compact IR technology for drying water-based inks and coatings used in label and packaging production, as well as Noblelight Amba mercury arc lamps for conventional UV curing systems.
The expanded technology portfolio reflects Excelitas’ ability to address multiple curing and drying requirements as label and packaging converters increasingly work with a broader mix of inks, coatings, substrates and printing processes.
